  • PROGRAM
    • Who should attend Bella Blast Fitness Camp?
Women — all ages and all sizes — who seek wellness and want to be fit. A key component of Bella Blast Fitness is women rooting for each other’s success in achieving their fitness goals.
    • What can I expect in a typical day?
Activities are planned from first light to starlight. Each morning at dawn, you’ll have the option to have a group hike through the nature park or jog/walk around the sports fields (or not and wait until after breakfast). Sunrise over the foothills of the Adirondacks is breathtaking and the perfect way to greet the day. Each day will be slightly different mixing VIIT, boot camp, yoga, and more. We also will take on Golden Goal Park’s site-specific Challenge Course through the natural fields and bordering woods. In between high intensity workouts, there will be wellness activities such as yoga, earthing, stretching, and maybe even tai chi. Dinner and then more planned fitness and including Starlight Meditation — an awe-inspiring experience.
    • What if I haven’t exercised in a long time?
The Bella Blast Fitness program can be adjusted to your fitness level.
    • What if I want to focus on fitness and wellness but not weight loss?
The Bella Blast Fitness program can be adjusted to your goals.
    • What is the food like?
Golden Goal takes great pride in the high quality cuisine served to guests. While not the gourmet cuisine found at luxury spas, our professional chef prepares home-made delicious meals in a restaurant quality kitchen.
    • How is the food for vegetarians?
Delicious! Bella Blast Fitness places as much importance on vegetarian cuisine as on non-vegetarian cuisine.
    • Do you serve meat?

    • What if I have special dietary needs?
Please let us know and we’ll try to accommodate.
    • Will I be able to purchase food while at Bella Blast Fitness Camp?
Meals and fruit snacks are included. We advise against eating food outside of the Bella Blast Fitness program. That said, you shouldn’t be hungry with nutritious and tasty meals with snacks in addition to hunger-reducing exercising. Of course, we can’t stop you from leaving and purchasing food outside of Golden Goal Park. However, we do insist that you do not bring outside food into Golden Goal Park out of respect to your fellow Bella Blast Fitness guests.

      WEIGHT-LOSS PROGRAM

You can include in medical expenses amounts you pay to lose weight if it is a treatment for a specific disease diagnosed by a physician (such as obesity, hypertension, or heart disease). This includes fees you pay for membership in a weight reduction group as well as fees for attendance at periodic meetings. You can't include membership dues in a gym, health club, or spa as medical expenses, but you can include separate fees charged there for weight loss activities.

You can't include the cost of diet food or beverages in medical expenses because the diet food and beverages substitute for what is normally consumed to satisfy nutritional needs. You can include the cost of special food in medical expenses only if:

1 The food doesn't satisfy normal nutritional needs,
2 The food alleviates or treats an illness, and
3 The need for the food is substantiated by a physician.

The amount you can include in medical expenses is limited to the amount by which the cost of the special food exceeds the cost of a normal diet.

You can't include in medical expenses the cost of a weight-loss program if the purpose of the weight loss is the improvement of appearance, general health, or sense of well-being. You can't include amounts you pay to lose weight unless the weight loss is a treatment for a specific disease diagnosed by a physician (such as obesity, hypertension, or heart disease). If the weight-loss treatment isn't for a specific disease diagnosed by a physician, you can't include either the fees you pay for membership in a weight reduction group or fees for attendance at periodic meetings.

Also, you can't include membership dues in a gym, health club, or spa.

You can't include the cost of diet food or beverages in medical expenses because the diet food and beverages substitute for what is normally consumed to satisfy nutritional needs.
